The SpesLab special team performs a full range of works for the installation of fire protection systems at facilities of various types: manufacturing plants, warehouse complexes, logistics centres, administrative buildings, retail facilities, energy facilities, and infrastructure objects.

We carry out the installation and commissioning of automatic fire suppression systems in accordance with the design documentation, regulatory requirements, and technical regulations in the field of fire safety.

The company’s specialists install the following engineering systems:

• automatic water-based fire suppression installations (sprinkler and deluge systems);

• gaseous fire suppression systems;

• powder and aerosol fire suppression units;

• automatic fire alarm systems (AFAS);

• fire alarm and evacuation management systems (FEMS);

• smoke control systems;

Installation is carried out in compliance with the requirements of the design documentation and the manufacturers’ operational guidelines. The works include laying cable routes, installing and connecting detectors, sprinklers, fire suppression modules, control devices, pumping equipment, automation cabinets, and actuating devices.

After the installation works are completed, comprehensive commissioning tests are carried out, including verification of the interaction algorithms of all subsystems, equipment adjustment, and preparation of as‑built documentation.

The use of modern automatic fire suppression installations ensures rapid detection of the fire source, automatic activation of extinguishing means, and fire containment at an early stage of development. This helps to reduce material damage, minimise facility downtime, and ensure compliance with fire safety requirements.
